⚡️ POWER STRENGTH CYCLE ⚡️
We’ll get into our Power Strength Cycle this week, going through June 27th. It focuses on developing explosive power by pairing strength lifts with explosive movements.
Part 1: Bench Press, Back Squat, Deadlift
Part 2: Push Press, Back Squat, Power Clean
In our Explosive Power Test Week starting June 22, we’ll test:
1RM Push Press
1RM Power Clean
Max Broad Jump
This cycle emphasizes speed, intent, and power output, so be intentional on every rep.
Also, strength days will vary throughout the week rather than always falling on M/W/F!
