⭐ Jack Weiss (South Christian ‘27 🏈🏃) has earned the Athlete of the Month Award at PowerStrength Kentwood.

Jack’s first experience at PowerStrength came through our Winter Premier Advanced Training Program, and he has been all-in ever since. Over the past 5 months, he’s consistently attended 3 personal training sessions per week while continuing to compete and set new PRs throughout track season.

His goal was to add size, strength, and explosiveness, and the work he’s put in has led to impressive progress:

📏 Broad jump: 96 → 104 inches
⬆️ Vertical jump: 25 → 29 inches
💪 Bodyweight: 165.6 → 174.8 lbs
🏋️ Muscle mass: 83.1 → 87.7 lbs
⚡ 40-yard sprint: 5.18 → 5.03
🏋️ 185 bench test: 6 → 8 reps

Jack’s commitment to year-round training continues to pay off, and the momentum he’s built is setting him up well for both football and track.

Max Blodgett (Rockford ’29 🏈) has been training at PowerStrength Plainfield for the past 3 years, consistently completing 3 personal training sessions per week while balancing football and life outside the gym.

From early on, Max has been the type of athlete coaches love working with. He’s always dialed in, brings great energy into sessions, and continues to push himself to improve.

The goal has been to get bigger, faster, and stronger, and he’s made major progress across the board since starting. More importantly, his confidence has continued to grow along with it.

Max is developing into a leader who leads by example, setting the tone through consistency, effort, and the way he approaches his work every day. 👊
The physical progress has been impressive, but the growth in maturity and confidence has stood out just as much over the last few years.
