Operation CRF swap starts now! In early May we picked up a 2023 CRF450R and have slowly been collecting parts for a successful transplant. The JB ATV RACING makes the swap possible without any modifications to the TRX chassis. Engine will be completely disassembled and rebuilt utilizing a Tim Dettling head / ECU tuning and likely an RP Race Performance exhaust system. Standby for more updates!

Finished up this 1989 Honda CR125R motor this week. This was a bit of a challenge with OEM parts availability but the finished product turned out awesome. Rebuild consists of rebuilt OEM crank, Wiseco 55.50mm Piston, Wiseco Billet Clutch Basket, HD Clutch Pack, Full HPI Ignition, Updated Aluminum Stator Cover, and a complete v***r blasting treatment.

Big thanks to our friends over at npm_racing_az for knocking out a few billet TRX250R cable guides. These are going to look great on some upcoming builds here in the shop.

A couple more updates of the Chris Borich inspired ‘88 250R. Plastics are here, just waiting on Spider Graphix and we are finished!

Assembly on this Laeger’s Narrow TRX250R customer build has begun! Complete with Protrax front end, billet CR500 link rear, , 300 kit / intake, billet cases, powder coat and fresh chrome throughout. Stay tuned for more photos.
