Different backgrounds.
Different strengths.
Different coaching styles.
One shared goal: helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident.
A group of people who voluntarily wake up early, count your reps, celebrate your wins, answer questions about protein, and somehow still have enough energy to smile.
We’re not totally sure how we do it, but we’re so glad that we do 😆
This is the crew 🙏

A great trainer does more than count reps.
They help people feel capable. They remind you you’re stronger than you think. They create the kind of environment that helps make showing up over and over feel possible.
That’s the energy we’re proud to have here 🙏

One of our favorite parts of the gym community is recognizing that we’re all carrying something heavy… and showing up anyway 🙏
Busy schedules. Stress. Loss. Setbacks.
Wins. Goals. Hopes and dreams.
A new month, longer days, and more daylight means more opportunities to show up for yourself 👏 Thank you for being part of the Limitless fam

One day it’s raining, the next it’s 80 degrees. May is packing its bags, and June is knocking at the door.
The seasons change. The weather changes.
Life changes.
The people who make progress aren’t the ones waiting for perfect conditions. They’re the ones who keep showing up through all of them👏

Member of the Moment: Sugie! Nominated by her trainer Josh, she shares:
“When I first started working with Josh about 3 years ago, my goal was to feel fit and strong in my aging body. I was in my late 60s and as a relatively small woman who’s had osteoporosis, I lacked physical confidence; in fact, I had this recurring fear that I could shatter at any moment.
When I first started going to a gym, I went to group classes where I met Josh. The classes helped me become confident enough to ask Josh if he would work individually with me. Best decision I ever made. For some reason, I thought if I could do one perfect push-up, then that would make me feel strong again. So I told Josh that was my goal.
But Josh has always seen me as much stronger than I see myself. His training knowledge is vast, and he has an endless supply of techniques and visualizations that allow me to do so much more than I would ever have believed possible.
As a result, my goals have changed. That one perfect push-up? This morning I did 3 sets of 20 each, no problem. Yesterday? I deadlifted my body weight.
And now at the ripe age of 71, Josh is training me for an upcoming 105 mile, 33,000 ft alpine trek called the Tour du Mont Blanc. During the time we have worked together, Josh has boosted me, supported me, challenged me and believed in me.
What I’ve gained in return is not just physical strength, but trust that my body knows how to move through this world (and up and down mountains) with energy and resilience. None of this would be possible if it weren’t for Josh.”
We love our Limitless fam! 👏

By Thursday, everyone is negotiating with themselves a little bit... “Maybe stretching counts as a full workout. Maybe I’ll just go tomorrow.”
But then you show up anyway. And you leave feeling better than when you walked in.
Funny how that keeps happening 😉

Member of the Moment! 💥 Coach Jaron nominated his client Kyanne, who shares:
“My advice to a new gym goer would be to meet with a trainer to get a feel for the gym and equipment! Ask questions if you’re unsure, everyone is so nice and willing to help!
What I love most about fitness is feeling strong and powerful! I think it’s important that we feel that as women 😊 as well as a dietitian, I understand the importance of fitness in addition to proper nutrition!“
We love you, Limitless family! 👏
