Ironworks Gym would like to congratulate Chris Lewis on his GOLD medal win in bench press in his weight class at United States Police and Fire Championships that took place on June 16th! He has been putting in countless hours of training at Ironworks in preparation for this competition! His wife, Laura, and kids were a huge support system for him! Way to go, Chris!
