Mini Movement Monday ✨

A little side body stretch goes a long way. Reach one arm up, lean gently to the side, and breathe into that space. It’s a simple way to release tension and wake up your breath—no mat required.

Mini Movement Monday: Reclined Twist

This nourishing pose supports spinal mobility, releases tension in the low back and hips, and helps stimulate the digestive system. It’s also a powerful way to calm the nervous system and unwind at the end of the day.

Take a few deep breaths on each side and feel your body soften. 💫
