Stafford Race for HOPE Triathlon, Duathlon, & Aquabike

The race will take place this Sunday, June 14, 2026 - 7:00 a.m. sharp. All events start and finish at Manahawkin Lake Park III, Manahawkin, NJ 08050.

Stafford Township is located just minutes from beautiful Long Beach Island. Come down, race, and enjoy a nice weekend on the white sandy beaches of LBI before summer gets into full swing. The Stafford Race course is flat and fast. The swim is in a deep fresh water lake. The bike course will be fast and is freshly paved and smooth (when the bridge construction is complete, we hope to add it back to the bike course). The run takes you along the lake road through the quiet neighborhood of Deer Lake Park. The run is an out and back course so you can keep an eye on and track down your competition. You don't want to miss this event.

DQ Triathlon, Duathlon, Aquabike, Aquathlon, & Super Sprint Tri at Vincentown

The race will take place Saturday July 11th, 2026 - 8:00 a.m. sharp. All events start and finish at Race St., Vincentown, NJ.

The price will increase in this weekend. June 12th is the last chance to register at the current price point!

The swim is in a fresh water lake, the bike and run will be contested on roads though scenic farmland, the course is flat and fast.

Triathlon Distances: 1/4 mile Swim, 15 mile Bike, & 5k Run

Duathlon Distances: 2 mile Run, 15 mile Bike, & 5k Run

Aquabike Distances: 1/4 mile Swim & 21.5 mile Bike

Aquathlon Distances: 1/4 mile Swim & 5k Run

Super Sprint Triathlon: 200 yard Swim, 6.8 mile Bike, 1 mile Run

We are very excited to announce the return of Ronald McDonald House Southern New Jersey’s “Hustle for the House” 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk, on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Cooper River Park! Early Bird Pricing is in effect all month long! Every dollar goes back into supporting the families staying at the House during their child’s medical journey at area hospitals.

Pennsauken 9/11 Heroes Run

Cooper River Park - Sunday September 13 - 9:11 am

Twenty-five years have passed since September 11, 2001—but the responsibility to remember has not faded. If anything, it has grown heavier.

The 2026 9/11 Heroes Run marks 25 years of Never Forget. Across 100+ communities nationwide, more than 60,000 participants will gather to pay tribute to the first responders who stepped up on 9/11 and those who served in the wars that followed by running, walking, or rucking a 5K in their honor. These events are accessible—open to individuals of all fitness levels and abilities—because remembrance should not be exclusive; it should be shared. All participants will receive the official 25th anniversary race shirt, participant medal, and ruck patch (rucking division only).

All proceeds support Travis Manion Foundation’s mission to invest in veterans and families of the fallen to lead by mentoring youth and serving in their communities.
