It’s Farmer’s Market season and I am SO here for it!
Kale is everywhere, so let’s talk about one of my favorite ways to use it: homemade kale chips. 😋
They’re crunchy, satisfying, and super easy to make—but also weirdly easy to mess up. 😂 So here are my pro tips to get them crispy, not burnt:
🔥 Top Tips for Perfect Kale Chips:
👉🏻 Dry it like your life depends on it. No moisture = max crunch. Use paper towels to get every drop.
👉🏻 Massage with oil. Use your hands and coat every leaf. No skipping!
👉🏻 Low & slow. Bake at 275–300°F. It takes a little longer, but saves you from bitter, burnt kale sadness.
👉🏻 Season it well. I love Himalayan sea salt + nutritional yeast for a savory, nutrient-packed boost.
Trust me, once you make them right, you’ll never go back to the bagged ones. 💚
