1. 2 Squat Cleans
2. :30s Plank
3. 16 Step Ups

Today is a great opportunity to build in weight, and focus on specifics with lifting or building confidence moving certain weights.
Step ups will be pressing up against 1 min of work, so scale reps down if needed. The goal of today is to move technically/heavier weight under some fatigue.
