Card #34 | Your Morning Sets Your Day
A morning isnât something that happens to you. Itâs something you build.
Design itâdeliberately, intentionally, the night before.
Hydration. Nutrition. Mental prep.
One routine. One rep. No autopilot.
Because how you start determines how you finish.
And the first hour writes the other twenty-three.
Champions donât leave mornings to chanceâthey own them.
Plan it. Run it. Track it.

Card #24 | Tune Out The Noise
The crowd is loud. The trash talk is louder.
None of it is your assignment.
Distraction is a choice disguised as a reaction.
Every jeer, every cheap shot, every bit of noise is a test â and the test is simple: where are your eyes, where is your mind?
Lock onto what actually moves the game. The ball. The call. The job in front of you.
Everything else is just weather.
The player who canât be rattled isnât ignoring the noise.
Theyâve decided it doesnât get a vote.
Not biting back isnât weakness. Itâs respect â for yourself, for your teammates, for the game.
Distractions only work if you let them.
Hear everything. Answer nothing.

Card #14 | Your Highlight Reel
Nerves shrink your game. Memory expands it.
Before kickoff, close your eyes. Two minutes.
Replay three moments you played your best.
Feel it againâthe speed, the contact, the certainty.
Your brain canât tell the difference between living it and reliving it.
Vivid rehearsal fires the same circuits as the real thing.
So remind yourself who you are when youâre at your best.
That player is still in there.
Close your eyes. Press play. Then go be them.
