Find your balance, build strength and keep moving with Tai Chi at the J.

This fall, we’re offering two gentle Monday classes designed to meet you where you are:

🔹 Seated Tai Chi for Arthritis | 12:30–1:15 PM
A low-impact, beginner-friendly class designed to improve balance, flexibility and strength, especially for those with arthritis or limited mobility.

🔹 Tai Chi for Rehabilitation | 1:30–2:15 PM
Slow, mindful movements that support balance, mobility and strength for those recovering from injury, surgery, chronic illness or other health challenges.

📅 Mondays, Oct. 5–Nov. 9

Whether you’re looking to regain confidence in movement or simply find a gentler way to stay active, there’s a place for you at the J.

On Tuesday, September 29, join us for Campus Under Pressure: Foreign Funding, Anti-Israel Activism, and the Law. This timely discussion will explore the forces shaping today’s campus climate, including the experiences of Jewish students, international funding of anti-Israel activism and the role of charitable and tax-exempt organizations in advancing political and ideological agendas.

The panel will feature U.S. Attorney Tom Wheeler, ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt and Indiana University scholars Dr. Alvin Rosenfeld and Dr. Les Lenkowsky. Rebecca Weininger, Senior Regional Director of ADL Midwest, will moderate.
