There’s something special about watching a trainer and athlete in the zone. It’s goes from 0-100 real quick. Getting to watch Brett live daily is really like watching art. The nuances he notices, the movement patterns, the chaos factor is all great. It doesn’t matter that Nolan was kinda tired. He’s probably had 15 training sessions this week. It doesn’t matter that he has a fall league game tomorrow. He still showed up, and got after it. We took a pivot and ending doing mainly mobility, but he came prepared to grind either way. This is bigger than training, and I’m proud to be apart of both of their journeys.
