Madison Jasperson is a mom of three, military spouse, and passionate fitness instructor who believes movement has the power to build both strength and community. Originally from Corpus Christi, Texas, she brings a welcoming, encouraging energy to every class she teaches.
An AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor since 2020, Madison earned her Upbeat Barre certification in 2021. Her music-driven classes combine low-impact strength training, intentional movement, and that signature barre burn: all while remaining accessible and challenging for every fitness level.
Known for creating an uplifting and inclusive environment, Madison is passionate about helping each student feel supported, empowered, and confident. Her goal is simple: for every person to leave class feeling stronger than when they walked in.
You can join Madison for Barre every Monday and Friday at 5:30 AM and start your day feeling energized, challenged, and accomplished. π

The twenty-sixth and final posture in the traditional Hot Yoga 26 + 2 series β an energizing breathing exercise designed to cleanse, reset, and restore the body after practice.
After movement, focus, and effort, Kapalbhati helps clear the lungs, stimulate circulation, and awaken the body from the inside out. This final breathwork practice supports detoxification while leaving you feeling grounded, clear, and refreshed.
