We are getting close to competition time! Guess we should start announcing judges! Up first:

James Roth aka Junior

Started Beard Competitions back in 2017 when we first founded the OldDog Whisker Club with Andy Miller(RIP) and a few others. In 2019 we ended up putting on the First Beard Competition in Kalamazoo at the Old Dog outdoor event area. We had one hell of a great turnout. After that, we decided to make our club a little more community friendly and had a club rebranding that has now become Kzoo Whisker Crew. I have taken part in several competitions over the years as not only a participant but as a Judge in several comps around the area. I am also a licensed Barber in the state of MI and is one of the reasons I got into Competition Bearding as I specialize in Beard care and Maintenance but the real reason is the charities that these organizations support. The Beard Community has given thousands of dollars to various organizations local and national. I am very humbled to have been asked to come back to Judge this competition and to take part once again in helping to raise money for the Kalamazoo First Day Shoe Fund.
