Hello, Friends! My name is Kim and I have a passion for health and fitness like it's my job--and it is! I would love to help you reach your goals. Call me today!

I have a heart for helping others and am so blessed to be able to help my clients transform their lives physically and mentally through one-on-one training, group training and Mommy & Me classes. I am a AAAI certified personal trainer, as well as a Les Mills group fitness instructor. I am also CPR certified through the American Heart Association. I work with clients of all ages, shapes and sizes..

One of our clients, 74 years young, started personal training in April, wanting to build strength after several surgeries. She needs her cane to get around confidently, so we’ve been working hard on her balance and strength. This week we see it paying off: For the first time ever, she did her step-ups WITHOUT HER CANE…we nearly cried! Join us this week for Heavy, Pound, and HIIT Butt at Central High School - plus don't forget our Youth Sports Conditioning class starts this Tuesday at 2 PM!

This class is perfect for ages 8-17 and focuses on speed, agility, strength, confidence, and good sportsmanship. Just $15 per class!
