Deadlift, again? Yep! But with a different focus. Our next strength cycle will include back squats and also target the power pull. Plus, we will work on stabilizing skills. Stronger pulls and stabilized core, heavier lifting. πͺ

BLAST OFF π: a farewell WOD and social meetup for our Coach Kelly as she embarks to Space Coast, FL. She has been a staple in our CrossFit community the past few years and we are sad to see her go. But we wish her all the best on this exciting new chapter!

ITβS OUR ANNIVERSARY: Happy 12 years Kivnon! We are so grateful for our athletes turned family. We celebrated in style with our bday WOD followed by a Padres game. So much fun was had we forgot to take pictures!

GRAND ADVENTURE: these baddies, aka Kivnon athletes, just completed the challenging rim-to-rim hike from North Kaibab to South Kaibab trailheads, trekking 23 miles in a total of 14 hours. πͺ
