Fit4Mom La Mesa - Stroller Strides Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow All classes are held at Harry Griffen Park in La Mesa.

We offer Stroller Strides® classes Monday through Friday from 9:30am-10:30am. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

The workout and top tier education you CAN NOT miss, mama. ✨THURSDAY 9/17 at Harry Griffin Park ✨ Class starts at 9:30 and includes Stroller Strides and Pelvic Therapy Stretch & Chat with Dr. Ariel Gallop (PT, DPT, PRPC)!
We will be talking all things postpartum pelvic floor health and showing us some helpful stretches specific to motherhood. Bring your comments, questions and any concerns, Mama!
