A reminder for the young girls growing up in this world, and the grown ones too.
Your body is more than an aesthetic.
It’s your home for life.
It’s built to carry you through experiences,
To get you through the hard things.
Admire it and strive to be strong.
Not to shrink yourself…
Confidence comes from what you can do, not how you look.
Do it for 80 year old you who can chance her grandkids around,
Who will get to live longer and experience more joy.
Your body is not a trend

In case you need a reminder: your body is beautiful.
The body you have right now.
I created Studio Elevate Fit so that women would have a safe place to work on mental and emotional health while building a positive relationship with their body. Movement happens to be the tool we use to facilitate this but hear me when I say this is not about changing our bodies—it's about about improving the quality of your life for the long haul.
We do this through exceptionally taught barre, pilates, yoga, strength and cardio classes taught by compassionate instructors in a supportive community. We focus on how movement translates to so many other areas in our life and getting stronger physically is just the icing on the cake.
