We’ve been talking about how excited we are to welcome Noah Mazé to The Yoga Effect, but we thought we’d let a few of our teachers tell you why.
Noah has been teaching yoga around the world for decades and has influenced so many teachers and students along the way. Some of you may remember him from YogaGlo, now Glo, where he was a co-founder and longtime teacher. His teaching brings together intelligent, challenging asana with philosophy, breath and inquiry in a way that asks you to really pay attention to what you’re doing and why.
Several of us at The Yoga Effect have practiced with Noah over the years, and there’s a reason we continue to learn from him. You don’t just move through poses in his classes. You notice things. You ask questions. You often walk away understanding something in a completely new way.
That feels especially meaningful right now.
Calm in the Storm is a full weekend of practice with Noah, October 23–25. You can join us for the whole weekend or choose individual workshops.
And you definitely do not need to be a yoga teacher to come. If you love yoga, are curious about going a little deeper, or simply want the opportunity to learn from an incredible teacher, we’d love to have you with us. All levels are welcome.
Swipe through to hear from Anna, Sally and Stacy about why they’re excited to practice with Noah again. ❤️
