Colorado Dance Center was established in 1981 by Bonnie Berman, dancer and performer. For nearly three decades our studio has been dedicated to providing quality dance education in the south metro Denver area. Our studio is the winner of the prestigious “RAISING COLORADO GOVERNOR’S AWARD” and the Colorado Community Newspapers “BEST OF THE BEST DANCE STUDIO AWARD.”

My dear friend and fellow dance teacher Miss Kenzie Meyers has passed away. It has taken me some time to write this and process it all. She was taken way too soon! My heart is broken💔. I’ve had a hard time coming to terms with it. It has hit all of us at the dance studio very hard. Kenzie was the kindest sweetest most talented soul. She came to the studio 8 years ago when I needed more help teaching after having my first son. I remember the first time I met her I knew she had the best heart 💜. I was impressed with her views on what’s important in a teacher. She embraced and already embodied our philosophy. I asked her to start teaching right away. Kenzie had a gift for communicating with love. She had a magical way to command a classroom of loud excited children with a soft spoken voice. She has blessed countless students with her incredible talent and positive instruction. She went above and beyond her duties by staying after each class and talking and getting to know her dancers individually. She would also stay after and clean after each class and performance (which was never asked or expected of her). She truly cared about others and showed it in a million little ways. She was always asking ‘what more she could do to help?’
She was a graceful dancing angel on this earth and is now a true angel in Heaven. We will greatly miss you- Miss Kenzie. 💞 May the Lord bless you for the light and life you shared with us. May He comfort your family and loved ones.

Colorado Dance Center was established in 1981 by Bonnie Berman, dancer and performer. For three decades our studio has been dedicated to providing quality dance education in Littleton and the south Denver Metro area.
Our studio is the winner of the prestigious “RAISING COLORADO GOVERNOR’S AWARD” and the Colorado Community Newspapers “BEST OF THE BEST DANCE STUDIO AWARD.”
Professional dancing standards are upheld for all students whether their interests are: educational, recreational, or professional because every individual student’s progress and welfare is of great concern to us. We place students in classes based upon their ability level, taking into consideration individual age and maturity.
PHILOSOPHY & PROGRAM:
We want everyone to experience the artistry, physical education, and joy of dance.
Our non competitive studio values the dancer, not trophies. We believe in the power of positive dance instruction. We rejoice in all body shapes and sizes. Physical health and safety are emphasized in our dance curriculum.
