What You’ll Do:
Deliver high quality instruction and coaching
Create a welcoming, positive experience for athletes and families
Support daily operations, including check-ins, memberships, and scheduling
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
Help grow a strong community around the game

What We’re Looking For:
Baseball or softball experience (playing and/or coaching a must for instructors)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, energetic, and team oriented attitude
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Passion for developing young athletes and giving back to the community
