Being comfortable isn’t going to elevate your life

Comfort keeps most people stagnant-
It’s easier, less stressful, less fearful and less work. You stay exactly where you are

Evolving, changing, attaining goals, challenging yourself and striving for the “what’s next?!” Attitude- those things develop from being uncomfortable, but doing it anyway - carrying the extra weight , extra pro and the extra pressure it takes, to evolve and level up

Comfort creates resistance - resistance to the very things that will positively change your life

Save the comfort for a pair of slippers and a decent pillow

⬆️The real cost of putting your fitness on hold.

The problem is, you’re not looking at your fitness as a necessity.

Fitness is one of the biggest components that determines your health

It’s easy to find reasons to convince yourself you can’t show up - those reasons are just excuses.

Ask yourself honestly - “what’s more important than my health?”

you have nothing, for long, without it - not just less years - but declining mobility, independence, mental sharpness, quality of life
