School has no power as of 4:45pm. No worries if you do not want to attend tonight. If you choose to still come to class, parents just wanted you to know the school will be in the 80s indoors - very light training, mostly conceptual tonight.

Career Day at a local school in . We gave five presentations and had a blast talking to all the grades, Kindergarten, 1st - 2nd, 7th - 8th, 3rd - 4th, and finally 5th-6th at Branchline. Awesome day. Testing Days at Ambrose Academy. Congratulations to our testing candidates.
Special shout out to Anton and Theo, showing great patience and tenacity, staying with the school through zoom for a year during the pandemic and finally able to achieve this goal to brown belt.
Knowledgable students that not only know the physical requirements of application of Wing Chun Do technique, but can also explain theory behind those techniques makes Sitai Rocco an extremely happy instructor.
Kudos to Adriana for coming back to the school when we reopened our doors. She was about to test for yellow belt, when she broke her arm. Now she is better than ever. She tested with Lilianna and they both gave an outstanding test.
Congratulations to Lyla and Santiago, very enthusiastically studying for their next level and they did a great job, even though Lyla was running track and Santiago playing football during the same time period. Fantastic job!

Confidence, Trust, and Goal Setting Creates a Secure Child
Ambrose Academy of Wing Chun Do instructors and programs are dedicated to the physical and mental well-being of children. A welcoming fun-filled and nurturing environment, Ambrose Academy Children’s Classes offer the benefits of precision movement and exercise, children safety awareness, and the premiere martial art of Wing Chun Do with an exciting history and lineage to Bruce Lee. Ambrose Academy of Wing Chun Do in Livonia recognized a need for a program dedicated to life skills of success, safety and the personal growth of the whole child in a safe structured environment.
Our classes focus on appropriate developmental practices, touching on the four critical domains in child development - Cognitive, Physical, Emotional, and Social. In this way, we can achieve the mission of our programs, to help create a Secure Child©.
Our Livonia school district recently announced a program for their schools that focuses on character building skills. What you may not know, is that the characters traits of success that build up our children, schools and our communities are the exact traits of success that are part of many martial art schools’ creed and inherent in the curriculum, that of respect, empathy, integrity, discipline, responsibility, and confidence. Children practice in goal setting, precision, mindfulness, and develop true grit.
