How do you know if you're lifting heavy enough?
If you're trying to get 10 reps and the first rep looks the same as the last, you need to go heavier.
Also, if you barely need to exert yourself, you need to go heavier.
Lifting heavier and exerting yourself helps stimulate your body's natural growth hormone as well as adaptation.

▪️5 days a week: Upper, Lower, Upper, Lower, Upper OR Lower, Upper, Lower, Upper, Lower, OR Push, Pull, Legs, Upper, Lower
▪️6 days a week: Push, Pull, Legs, Push, Pull, Legs
