Gyrotonic is a method of strengthening the nervous system.
We do movement patterns in different relationships to gravity, in different planes of movement, with different types of resistance.
Here you see bicycles 🚲 and dolphin 🐬 on the archway, where I am suspended in space on the bolster, balancing on my side.

The ladder portion is perfect for setting up the lower body to find your leg and hip strength.
The round surface of the barrel is the ideal support and guide for finding the length of the spine in the side plane.
