Tension is the thing nobody sees in your audition, until it’s the only thing they see. 🎭

In 2 classes, Kristof will help you:
→ Release the physical habits that block your performance
→ Breathe with more support and range

Kristof is a certified Alexander Technique teacher and actor (Red Sparrow, House of Cards, Angels & Demons) who has spent his career helping performers get out of their heads and into their bodies.

Spots are limited. This is hands-on work, so the group stays small. The workshop starts Nov 4.
