Let’s give it up for our Member of the Month, Robby! 🚴☕️🏔️
Each Member of the Month gets to choose a 1% for the Planet nonprofit that Experience Momentum donates to. Robby chose to donate to IslandWood, an environmental education nonprofit that works to inspire lifelong environmental and community stewardship in the Seattle region.
Robby’s advice to anyone looking for inspiration in their own journey? “Do your PT exercises. You’ll feel better and heal faster. I’ve built a routine of some of the most impactful exercises I still try and do daily as part of my workout warmups.”

Say hello to our new team member and Registered Dietitian, Nicole! 👋🏃♀️🏔️🐟
With a Master of Science in Nutrition from the University of New England, Nicole’s graduate research focused on women’s sports nutrition and endocrinology. Her recent work as a dietitian has included nutrition counseling focused on women’s health, hormone and gut health, and helping folks build a healthier relationship with food.
Outside of work, she’s a mom to a very fun 7-year old and loves spending time running, climbing, practicing yoga, and spending time outdoors. We are so excited to welcome her to the EM team!

Let’s give it up for our Member of the Month, Mary!
After suffering a severe ankle break, Mary came to us for physical therapy and eventually transitioned to using our massage and fitness services. With the help of our coaches, she was able to adapt her movements and mindset to focus on what she could do, instead of what she could not. We are so proud of how far she has come! 🩵
Each Member of the Month gets to choose a 1% for the Planet nonprofit that Experience Momentum donates to. As an avid gardener looking to become a Master Gardener, Mary chose to donate to the Master Gardener Foundation of Washington and aid their mission to provide research-based horticultural and environmental stewardship education.
Her advice to anyone on the fence? “It’s never too late, you’re never too weak, and exercise doesn’t have to be difficult to improve your strength, have more energy, and enjoy life.”
