“The fact of the matter is, if you want to be good, you really don’t have a lot of choices ‘cuz it takes what it takes. You have to do what you have to do to be successful. So you have to make the choices and decisions to have the discipline and the focus to the process of what you need to do to accomplish your goals.” - Nick Saban
We often get asked by parents “how long does it take for our athlete to see results” well, how committed are they to their OWN success?
Everybody’s process is different. However, what’s common amongst our athletes that make progress and have success is their autonomous commitment to the work because IT TAKES WHAT IT TAKES.
It’s a Mentality!™️
Shout to our athlete , on Day 49 of her personal commitment to herself to maximize her potential. Because of it, we’ve made some strides that we will continue to build on:
Vertical Jump 17in ➡️ 18.5in
Top Speed 15.3mph ➡️ 16.5mph
10 Yard Dash Best 1.91s ➡️ 1.79s
10 Yard Dash Avg 1.92s ➡️ 1.81s

What do you look for in a sports performance program?
Our three pillars are development, education, and preparation.
Development
Player-focused approach understanding what an individual student-athlete’s baseline levels of performance and strengths are, personal goals and obstacles, and learning style is combined to realize and objectify growth over time.
Education
Equip student-athletes with the knowledge of proper exercise and movement techniques, nutritional strategies, and mental performance to foster long-term success and develop champion habits.
Preparation
Prepare student-athletes for the demands of sport at the next level as well as life beyond sports.

Over three years.
This means training in-season.
This means training at 6am.
This means training on days you don’t always feel like it.
We are often asked how long it takes to see results. Well, how important are your goals to you?

We do not have a short term solution for results. However, we do have a long-term process for success. First, we sat down with the moms of athletes we’ve worked with for over a year to discuss their experience in our program. Now, we are joined by their children to share theirs.

While in Uganda on his mission trip, Coach Gabe visited a school that is a mixture of local kids and saved orphans from the downtown slums.
He had the opportunity to train them for an hour giving them a proper dynamic warmup, a series of lateral drills, and a fun competition to finish!
