Thursday night’s run kicked off our summer running temps! It may have been hot, it may have been humid, but we all persisted and got in some miles and even an amazing sunset!

We veered from our normal schedule to start at Duino Coffee this week due to the Byron Nelson. Nice to see folks out during Memorial Day weekend.

Next Sunday’s long run is Taychas.

Thursday night off-site run due to the Byron Nelson. Very humid and muggy, we still had a great time running some miles! Sunday 615am at Duinos and Monday morning 730am for Memorial Day back at Lifetime!

We had some new and returning members on a hot and windy Monday night run. Byron Nelson week at Craig Ranch which means we run off-site.

Thursday 630pm- Start at Southern Hills water stop

Monday 730am- Back to Lifetime patio for Memorial Day early run, no evening run.

We came, we ran, we sweated (a lot), AND we had some fabulous snacks back at the patio baked by some fabulous CRRC members!

A couple of reminders, please:
1. Next weekend’s run will start at Duinos due to the Byron Nelson
2. LT members, please make sure you register for the run club “class” in the LT app AND check in at the desk when you arrive to run.
