GREETINGS DANCERS!!! HAPPY SEPTEMBER!! We are thrilled an excited for a brand new season of dancing with exciting special events to come!
This month, we have the IN-HOUSE SHOWCASE at WILLISTON PARK! A fantastic day of dancing which includes solo & freestyle events, a dancesport lunch, special performances and more!! This is suited for dancers of ALL LEVELS! In fact, we highly encourage all levels to participate as it is a fantastic way to improve the quality of your dancing and the confidence in your movement. Also, it is FUN!!! Our In-House Showcase at Williston Park takes place on Sunday, September 27th, 2026 from 11:00AM-4:00PM. Please RSVP with your instructor or supervisor.
We also have exciting DANCE O RAMA events to come! These worldwide dance events are truly one of a kind and grand!! This Fall, dance at FLAMINGO RAMA in Port Charlotte, FL, SUPERAMA in Las Vegas, NV, and the HOLIDAY BALL DANC O RAMA in Baltimore, MD! This Saturday, 8/22, join us for our ✨DANCE CAMP✨ at Williston Park! The Arthur Murray Dance Camp is an exciting dance experience packed with intensive learning and enhancing of all elements of great ballroom dancing including technique, styling, footwork and more! Join us as we highlight specialty dances in smooth and rhythm styles, welcome special guest instructors and enjoy a day of dancing! 12pm-4pm.

Greetings Dancers!! We continue the summer season with a month filled with dance events you don't want to miss!
First, we'd like to wish the best of luck to our students participating in the Ciao Amore Dance O Rama 2026 in London, England! We look forward to seeing you shine on the dance floor!
Interested in exploring Dance O Rama events??! Well then look no further because we have amazing Dance O Rama events coming up, including the NorthStar Dance O Rama from August 27-30 as well as more Dance O Rama events in the Fall and Winter months! Consult with your instructor or supervisor for more information, including how you can participate!

This month, we welcome back master coach and ballroom dance champion Stephen O'Neill Williams for private coaching sessions! These sessions take place on August 12-14 and August 18-22 here at Merrick and at the Williston Park studio. Spots are LIMITED! Schedule your session with your instructor or supervisor today!
