A few weeks ago I transferred ships from MSC Merviglia to MSC World America 🛳️🌊

Here I’m holding wellness sessions - yoga, pilates, meditations and sound healings on the open promenade and it has been nothing less than beautiful so far 🌅

Dia daoibh a chairde!!

I’ve been majorly offline the past few weeks as I’ve been adjusting to my new life at sea for the next few months 🧜‍♀️🌊🐬

I’ve taken the position of Wellbeing Coach with
teaching yoga, Pilates, movement, meditation, sound baths and general wellbeing on board and on a private island! 🏝️

My current route is from New York to the Bahamas 🏝️✨

I’m learning a lot from the ocean and about life at sea, and still very much processing this very new experience 🤯

Very grateful for this opportunity to travel, to meet different cultures, and to share what I love with new people 💃

Meanwhile, at sea I’m working on some very exciting online content for you, which I hope to share very soon! I have very limited WiFi (which has been a blessing in some ways…) but I do hope to share some of my journey along the way ✨

mindfully moving in the mornings at 🌀

Yoga asanas (poses) help to improve and loosen our fascia - the tissue that connects everything in our body from muscles, to organs, to nerves. Releasing our fascia, can vastly improve our overall mobility and flexibility. When we pair asana with mindful breathing, we can create a peaceful state and a balanced nervous system 😌

When we sleep, our fascia tends to become a little tight/stagnant, so moving first thing in the mornings with some yoga asanas is a great way to release it!

Looking forward to being back in this space in Sligo in August for our next 🧚

A look back on 2025 :)

I know I’m late and it’s nearly the end of Jan - but with some free time it was nice to look back on some of the highs and and reflect personally on the lows of the year

I created some cool experiences alongside lovely friends, and made some core life memories ⭐️

It’s one of those years I felt I learned a lot about life itself, and how to adult 😅

I found I developed a deeper sense of trust, and gratitude to something much bigger than myself, and this now fuels my why for continuing to create ✨

I feel my new year always starts in November with Samhain, the Celtic new year. I never feel an urge for new resolutions in January, as its the middle of Winter. Last Samhain was one of my favourite experiences of 2025, which I hope sets the tone for this coming year :)

We always start the day with breath, movement and meditation on retreat. When with rise with movement and calming the mind, it creates the space to feel good for the rest of the day🧘‍♀️

Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow is a great practice for early mornings for its ability to uplift you and release the fascia tissue to start your day! With a set sequence of postures, this class allows you to build upon and deepen into each pose every week and once familiar with the flow, it can become a movement meditation. Although not essential, having experience with ashtanga or vinyasa yoga is helpful, if you are a beginner, there will be options for you. There is space before the final savasana to practice inversions, if that is in your practice. The class includes pranayama and a cosy relaxation meditation to finish ✨
