New Class Alert!!! I’m very excited to announce that starting next week Caren Cole will be teaching functional training Tuesdays at 8:45 AM!! 🤩💫🏆
There’s lots of repetition while working on forms. One of the goals of this class is to learn how to defend yourself!! Boxing Lab is every Tuesday at 530pm. The energy is focused on power!
