🎃💪 REGISTRATION IS OPEN for StrongKids Halloween 2026!

TEN editions of costumes, big smiles, and kids discovering just how STRONG they can be! Join us at Viking Performance Training Saturday, October 17 for a Halloween tradition that gives your child a chance to take on a challenge and gives you a reason to cheer your heart out!

Kids ages 3-12 will compete in FOUR Halloween-inspired strength challenges:
🧟 Dawn of the Deadlift
💪 Medicine Ball Load
🥷 Viking Ninja Obstacle Course
🛷 Overhead Press + Sled Push

Every event is scaled for their age group, with shorter, simplified challenges for our youngest competitors!

Three days won’t turn your daughter into an Olympic athlete.

But three days can change how she sees herself.

A fun, positive environment making friends with other girls.

Pushing their limits, learning they’re stronger than they thought.

Learning exercise technique instead of being intimidated by the weight room.

Discovering that strength is something to be proud of.

Viking’s first ever All Girls’ Summer Camp is August 3-7, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

If your daughter leaves Friday stronger, more confident, and excited to keep training, we’ve done our job.

StrongKids may not be back until after summer, but Viking Summer Camps are every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday through August 7!

For ages 7-13, the following camp weeks all have spots available:

⭐️ July 6-10: StrongKids Camp
🔥 July 13-17: Jump, Sprint, Throw Camp
🚀 July 20-24: Speed and Agility Camp
💪🏻 July 27-31: Strength and Lifting Fundamentals Camp
👧 August 3-7: Girls Only Camp
