PERSIST has officially kicked off this week, and we’re wasting absolutely no time getting after it. We’re testing a 1RM Sn**ch, AMRAP Front Squats at 75%, and a 5RM Bench Press. Translation: we’re finding out just how much horsepower you’ve built—and then immediately asking you to prove it.
