joining us from mexico city, marcos has been a dedicated yoga practitioner & teacher since 1997
beginning with ashtanga yoga, he later developed a classical hatha yoga alliance–certified teacher training program that integrates anatomy, physiology, subtle body alignment & a holistic approach to balance
marcos shares tools + teachings rooted in classical yoga philosophy & practice, translated through contemporary language & modern lifestyle application

emmy discovered yoga at the age of 15. what began as part of her recovery became a lifelong philosophy: your body is your temple ~ take care of it mentally, emotionally, spiritually + physically
her passion for wellness led her to study exercise science at high point university before completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training in bali in 2019 & her 300-hour training in 2023
emmy’s classes are breath-led & intentionally paced, blending fluid movement, mindful strength & creative transitions to create a grounded experience on the mat. inspired by nature & the changing seasons, she weaves meditation & reflection into class ~ offering students space to slow down, connect & drift inward

she has been teaching for over a decade. she trained at the asheville yoga center in 2013 & has recently completed 100hr katonah YTT & 100hr of katonah yoga mentorship ~ bringing seasonal elements & katonah-inspired insight to her classes
