This was the picture that put everything into perspective for me. I looked at myself and couldn't believe i let myself get this big. This was in May of 2021. I started to take steps into getting healthier but nothing seam to work so i made the decision to get the gastric sleeve and that happened in April of 2022 in June when i was cleared to start exercising I decided to start at a gym but every morning there was an issue with people opening the gym and that was hindering my progress I am a busy mother of 5 the only time i have available is in the morning to actually be able to get my exercise in, so i started to look into 24 hour gyms and there aren't many in this area I found one close to my house and made the switch, but most of the equipment was old and constantly out of service also it was an open gym the doors were always open so mosquito season was an issue for me because i usually get bitten very easily, one day i was looking at my Instagram and Aira fitness popped up in my feed i got intrigued because the gym was blue and black and for those who don't know me that's what my wardrobe consists of black and blue, I made the appointment to go visit and met Dennis the owner and he made me and my daughter feel very welcomed, this gym feels like my second home i am in here Monday thru Saturday no excuses i also love that its 24/7 because I do come in at 4am it also nice that if i do go in later in the morning its always the same faces you see and everyone is always respectful of everyone's time. I do see myself being a part of this gym for years to come, and hopefully, the gym family becomes bigger and better.
