The City will be hosting a Blood Drive on Thursday October 20, 2022, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Donations will be collected at 355 Riverside Circle, in the Police Department’s parking lot. NCH Community Blood Center really needs our help replenishing its blood supply. Please consider donating blood to ensure our local supplies are adequate and to ensure that life-saving blood products remain available for our community.
To schedule a time in advance, call (239) 213-1055 or email [email protected]. Although walk-ins are welcome, sign-ups are encouraged to alleviate donors waiting outside in the heat due to limited space on the bloodmobile.

The SkillMill is a curved treadmill powered by magnets. Yellow power handles allow you to increase resistance to replicate sled pushes, commonly used to train athletes OR decrease resistance to run sprints. This combination of pushing + sprinting will help you build stamina and target optimal heart rate zones.

Tricep dips are a great body weight exercise that build arm and shoulder strength. The “captains chair” can also be used for leg lifts to target core, or pull-ups to target back. Combine the 3 for a superset!
Seated Cable Low Row is an excellent compound exercise for developing the middle back while offering useful arm work as well. Combine this exercise with Tricep Pushdowns for a killer arm workout!
