When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.

Re-introducing: the barre3 Long Resistance Band. Adding to our collection of award-winning resistance bands, our latest prop is designed to support core stability, functional strength, and alignment throughout your body.

We’ve taken the classic Theraband (a staple in our classes) and innovated, creating a long loop, soft fabric band that’s been shown to activate the deep core muscles—like the transverse abdominis and obliques—more effectively than traditional floor exercise alone. 

Deeper engagement, less strain on your joints, and the kind of resistance training that improves balance, coordination, and body awareness. Feel it for yourself in class—and pick up a long resistance band at the studio for workouts on the go.
