Re-introducing: the barre3 Long Resistance Band. Adding to our collection of award-winning resistance bands, our latest prop is designed to support core stability, functional strength, and alignment throughout your body.
We’ve taken the classic Theraband (a staple in our classes) and innovated, creating a long loop, soft fabric band that’s been shown to activate the deep core muscles—like the transverse abdominis and obliques—more effectively than traditional floor exercise alone.
