💪🏽Being Reduced💪🏽

I watched a video of my pullups a couple of months ago and was absolutely disgusted with what I saw.

So…. I remember a wise bit of advice. “Begin Again” And I have. Last couple of weeks I had to do 5 reps perfect. To build up to sets of 10 reps.

This was my 3rd set of 10. In addition to being 58 years old now, I’ve multiple shoulders and elbows injuries. To include permanent nerve damage and compounded scar tissues.

My point is, keep moving regardless…
