👠 We’re collecting gently used dance kneepads and pole heels (platform sandals or boots) to help give them a second life within our After Dark community!

*Please no hard-shell kneepads or street-shoe heels.*

Don’t miss River upcoming workshop: E###TRA Spicy Spin Choreo 🌶️🖤 Sunday October 4, 2pm - 3:30pm

River has years of experience draining wallets and breaking hearts on stage stripping at the club. This choreo workshop taps into their vault of slutty spins and sassy floorwork for an unapologetically seductive sequence designed to put your audience under your spell!

Choreography is geared toward advanced beginner to intermediate dancers with some experience on spin pole and modifications will be available to help students find variations that feel appropriately challenging - no inverting required!

At the end of class, students will break into two groups to dance the choreo for each other and have the option to film their dance.

Prerequisites: jasmine, pole sit, basic and side climb on spin

Bring: heels, pole grip, an outfit that makes you feel hot 🌶️🖤

Aerialists! ✨ Join Jaclyn French this Sunday at 1pm if you’re feeling pole-curious ✨

This 2-hour workshop will breakdown the technique to translate your existing skills to a new apparatus. This class will move at a faster pace than our Intro to Pole classes.

Adults (18+) of all genders welcome!

Pre-reqs: comfortable with a basic climb and supported inversions (straddle back from bar/backpack/crossback) on at least one non-pole apparatus.
