Jody shows up at 5am, again and again, because she doesn’t just want to learn something—she wants to learn it well! From day one, she’s brought the best attitude: laugh, learn, and keep going. 🤍

Fast forward to today, and the difference is obvious. Her body awareness has grown so much, and you can genuinely see the confidence she’s gained in the workouts.
