Functional fitness in a positive, affordable environment. Put It Up CrossFit is located just 1 mile south of Utah Valley University on Sandhill rd.
Founded in September of 2010, our gym offers 4 programs each with their own purpose.
-CrossFit WOD-A combination of weightlifting cardio and gymnastics.
-Shred-Conditioning only NO barbells challenging sweat sessions
-Strength Class-A weightlifting only class for those looking to compete in weightlifting/powerlifting.
