Sometimes as a service business customers are frustrated when our prices go up. Sincerely, we’d be happy to leave them where they are at, if the rest of the world would leave theirs where they’re at. But they don’t. Eventually we are forced to raise our cost or go out of business. Here’s an example. These two tools. Look at the size. One was $9.97 and the other was $10.97. They are 4” tools. Not too long ago I could buy regular standard size tools in those styles for that money. It’s the hidden cost of inflation that is eating us all alive. When we vote in reckless spending politicians who spend money like drunken sailers and we do it decade after decade after decade and have a 38 TRILLION debt load we are on the path to annihilation as a nation. When we drop the gold backing of our currency and use strictly fiat paper money, and allow an oligarchy of bankers to create money out of thin air and loan it to our government at interest in a huge Ponzi scheme, we are doomed. At some point you are not going to be able to afford my company, and I’m not going to be able to afford the companies I buy parts and supplies from, and they can’t afford who they get it from, and so on down the line. The system collapses in on itself and a reign of chaos and terror ensues and we walk out of the rubble into another dark age. At this point there is no fixing it. We simply buckle our seat belts and ride the tower of terror.

If you think the water you drink is clean clear and contaminant free, think again. I use to leave in Reno for 20 years before moving back to Utah where I was born, and we went to Tahoe all the time. Fishing, swimming, boating, not knowing all this contamination was at the bottom. We had the crystal clear pure image of the lake. Almost all water supplies on the planet has some level of contamination Hence why you must take the purity of your water in your own hands. You must do the work, the study, and the decision. This one freaked me out, but I’m not surprised as all things are possible these days.

We just installed a new twin progressive flow softener for the InnBetween. We did it for a discount as we feel they are a most worthy non profit organization. They take care of homeless people who have cancer and are terminal. They provide a place for them to stay and receive medical treatment. We appreciate being chosen 7 years in a row as Best of. We’ve been in business since 2006. We have weathered some difficult times like the economic melt down of 2008 to 2010 when we were a hare’s breath from going out of business. We weathered the 2020 Covid business shutdowns and isolation and distancing requirements. We weathered supply shortages, layoffs, and came out stronger in the end. I believe because of our people who work for us, they have loyalty and stick with us, because of you our customers who have placed your trust in us and have allowed us to take care of your water needs, and God’s blessings which I firmly believe in.

We have a 4.8 rating, which is not perfect, and we are not perfect. Sometimes customers have a difficult experience and are not 100% pleased with how we have viewed it but we have always tried to be honest, transparent, and fair. In the end, our rating is a fair honest rating by customers who appreciate our service.

But we are grateful for the 7 straight years of this award as we feel it reflects what we try to be. We know water. We know water is vital to our lives. We want that water to the best it can for you.
