🚨 SCHEDULE UPDATE 🚨
Our updated spring schedule is effective immediately.
We’ve added more classes, more training opportunities, and more ways for people of all ages and experience levels to get on the mats.
Here are the highlights:
✅ Jiu Jitsu for Law Enforcement has moved to Monday and Wednesday mornings at 6:00am. Open to all law enforcement officers.
✅ Adult Morning Jiu Jitsu is here. Join us Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:00am. This has been one of our most requested additions and we’re excited to finally make it happen.
✅ Kids class times have changed across the board. Be sure to review the new schedule carefully.
✅ We’re launching a new Homeschool Jiu Jitsu program for students ages 5–17. This program helps satisfy physical education requirements while teaching practical self-defense, discipline, and confidence. Most spots are already filled, but we still have room for approximately 10 more students across age groups. Classes run Tuesday and Thursday during the day.
✅ We’ve expanded our Adult Fundamentals offerings throughout the week. Whether you’re brand new or have years of experience, these classes are designed to build a stronger foundation and sharpen the details that matter.
✅ Beginning June 26, we’re adding No-Gi Wrestling with SUNY Oswego Wrestling alumnus . This is a great opportunity to improve your takedowns, scrambling, and overall standup game.
Combined with our Gi Wrestling program, taught by Coach and built around nearly 20 years of wrestling experience and over a decade of competitive Jiu Jitsu training, OJJ continues to offer one of the most complete grappling programs in Central New York.

Our striking program has really gained momentum, and it’s been awesome to watch more people take advantage of the opportunity to learn from Coach Cody and Coach Cristian.
Whether you’re putting gloves on for the first time or you’ve got years of experience, these guys do a phenomenal job creating a welcoming environment while helping students improve every class.

Really good night at OJJ. Packed classes and great energy in the room.
Tomorrow wraps up our half butterfly unit, and next week we kick off a month-long armbar series. Where to find them, timing, setups, application, and finishing mechanics.
Let’s keep the momentum rolling as we get ready to send nearly 40 competitors to Syracuse and New Jersey.
While our kids classes are currently full with an active waitlist, our adult program still has room on the mats.
Get off the couch and come train.

Kiddos are locked in for the in-house comp tomorrow morning.
Good luck to all of our students competing tomorrow and everyone getting ready for Syracuse. Proud of the consistency, work ethic, and willingness to test themselves. That mindset carries over far beyond the mats.
