Warmup today was a ladder of heavy ball squats and run intervals. Had to prime the legs for a brutal squat workout. Love leg day!! And I think my left leg is almost no different from my right leg again. Roughly 7months out from total left knee replacement. So happy with the progress!!

325 rack pull for 6 nearly had my grip failing. The fact I’m pulling heavier again to where I have to worry about my grip is such a good feeling!! 💪

Body weight movements and building my shoulder strength. Seated shoulder presses are crazy difficult…requires a tight core and keeping feet on the ground. Found out the hard way was I almost fell over backwards on the first set 🤦🏻♂️😅🤪🤪
