Openings still remain for our upcoming 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. If you've been considering teacher training, consider this your sign! You will gain the knowledge and the tools needed to become a successful teacher.

Interested in taking the training, but not teaching, you can do that too. This training will give you a greater understanding of the practice of yoga including philosophy, anatomy and alignment to help you have a deeper relationship with your practice.

Some scenes from our kitten yoga class yesterday. We are so grateful to our friends at Cats Pawjamas Rescue Society for bringing these adorable kitties into the studio for us to play with.

A huge thank you to all who came out and donated! It was a successful fundraiser which yielded $350, a kitten adoption and a new foster sign up.
