We are getting ready to start our summer Teen Titans Strength and Conditioning Summer Program again!!
Last summer went really well and we kept the program going year round. Space is limited so make sure to reach out to reserve your teens spot.
Schedule is
• 11am: Monday, Thursday and Friday
• 1pm: Monday (girls only group)
• 3pm: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
• 615pm: Tuesday and Thursday
Ages: 11+ years old

Teen Titans is our structured strength training program designed specifically for middle and high school students who want to get stronger, move better, and build confidence whether they play sports or not.
