Monday-Thursday 11am-7pm
Friday-Saturday 2-6pm
Sunday not staffed opened to members only

Hey guys new equipment alert we replaced the 90s-120's in dumbells. Also got a better rack so should help keep it organized... hopefully.. maybe.. probably not but you cant say the owners are t trying lol.
