I was GASED today! I blame Sunday Funday!
Today was 1000% MIND OVER BODY because my body was definitely trying to clock out early. 🫠 Plus, tomorrow I FINALLY have an appointment for this ankle, so depending on what they say… this may be my last leg day for a little while.
