Missing my girl right now! 🥹
She’s been with me from the beginning , over 10 years! She saw me through my pregnancy, and I’m so grateful I got to train her through hers. 🤰🏽💪🏽 Pregnancy doesn’t always mean you have to stop training. With doctor clearance, & the right modifications, staying active can still be such a great part of the journey.

This video doesn’t even come close to showing how strong she really is! 🔥Hoping she finds her way back to me but for now, i know she’s soaking up all those baby hugs and kisses. 💙

Imagine you finally tried the bootcamp you’ve been nervous to join & realized you had NOTHING to worry about.
This is your reminder that you do NOT have to be “in shape” before you come workout with us. We are all different ages, strengths, and starting points. No judgement. No comparing. No trying to keep up with anybody else. I’m right there coaching you, modifying, & pushing you when I know you’ve got more in you, but mostly yelling & not knowing how much time is left. 🙈
