Building a LEGACY together 🙌

Last year, we started bringing together ambitious, growth-minded couples for an intimate dinner party experience at The Table: Legacy Builders.

A diverse room with a mix of entrepreneurs, corporate professionals, government employees and blue collar pros created a powerful platform for conversations full of depth, vulnerability and desire to walk alongside one another down a path of transformative personal and professional development.

From topics like alignment and goals to intimacy and communication, we peeled back the layers one by one to create meaningful conversations surrounded by like-minded couples.

Plot twist: two chapters of my life are about to collide in the best way. 🥹

For 20 years, I built my career in healthcare administration.

Healthcare gave me so much. It taught me about leadership, navigating complex organizations, building relationships, bringing people together around a common goal, and what it looks like when the right people are in the room.

And then, I became an entrepreneur. These days, my work looks different—but in so many ways, it’s rooted in the very same things.

I help people become more intentional about their relationships. I help leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations think strategically about who they surround themselves with, how they show up in rooms the culture that they are cultivating and how proximity and connection can change the trajectory of their business and life.

So getting the opportunity to speak at the 14th Annual Women Lead HERe Conference next month feels like a pretty epic convergence of two chapters of my life.

I’ll bring both what I’ve learned from my 20 years in healthcare leadership and from building businesses and communities centered around intentional connection into one room. And honestly? That feels pretty damn special.

When I first signed up for the Heart + Hunt Membership with Catedral Collective back in the Spring I wanted a thoughtful way to focus on increasing my visibility and sharing more of my founder story.

Now that we’re 2 months in - I’ve realized it’s about so much more. The only way I can think to describe it is - an uncovering.

Each session.
Each question.
Each trip down memory lane.

It’s peeling back layers of an onion and uncovering different pieces and moments of what makes me who I am today and who I’m still becoming along the way.

This experience has already given me so much perspective in just 2 sessions with the team that I can’t wait to see where this road takes us.

I have always said that the two most character forming journeys of my life have been becoming a mother and becoming an entrepreneur. Talk about challenging you in ways you never could have imagined. This experience, its unpacking those and then some 🤪

If you’re someone who’s on a journey to uncovering too - remember to slow down enough to celebrate the process along the way. Every little particle of your story that has shaped who you are today is like an ingredient in a recipe. Without it, you simply wouldn’t be who you are or who you are becoming.

The most magnetic people in a room are almost never the most interesting ones.

They’re the most INTERESTED ones.

This isn’t a battle of who has more confidence here. And no, you don’t need a personality transplant.

What you do need is to be willing to walk over first and then make the whole thing not about you.

Simple. Straightforward. And not solely reliant on charm.

And listen, i know we’re all secretly hoping someone comes and gets us right at the door.

I’ve been there too.

Stood there scanning the room like surely somebody’s about to recognize me from across a crowd of strangers…but yet, nobody was coming to save me.

Tbh, I’m grateful for it. The moment that you stop waiting for that you stop having the entire argument with yourself in the car and you just go in.

You lead with curiosity instead of performance and THAT is where the magic happens.
